The ideal instrument… is an abstract idea.
But it becomes a reality when the feel, tone and musical colours of the instrument are consistent with the exact tastes and requirements of the musician.
That is why I do not suggest a preconceived model. Each instrument is made to ideally suit the precise requirements of the musician to satisfy his unique musical needs
By turns, creating, copying, replicating historical settings or restituing music-archeological models. The multiplicity of styles reflects the plurality of the epoch(s) and the diversity of sounds necessary for performing/playing ancient music.
